APPOINTMENT TIME

Please arrive on time to your appointment, arriving late may result in the appointment having to be rescheduled or the full service not being performed. If possible, it is best to arrive without makeup.

PRIOR TO TREATMENT

Please, for your safety tell us if you are breast feeding or pregnant as this may put yourself or your baby at risk. New medications or any new medical history must also be mentioned before your appointment to ensure there are no contraindications or risks with your treatments. 

POST TREATMENT

Any concerns should be communicated to us within the 2-week period after having injectables. If touch ups/ corrections are needed, they may be done at the 2-week mark post the initial appointment. If a client has been under dosed, or wishes to have more product injected, this will be at the client’s expense. Clients contacting outside of the 2-week period for a review will also incur a fee.

Any emergencies should contact Abbie immediately and this will be covered during the consult.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.

Vouchers can be used on any service; vouchers cannot be refunded.

It is the clients responsibility to keep track of their gift vouchers and if lost they may not be able to be replaced or redeemed.

Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the purchase date.

PAYMENTS AT TIME OF SERVICE

Full payment is required either via cash, visa, credit card or American Express on the time of the appointment.

PHOTOGRAPHY

All clients will require to have photography prior to their initial treatment and directly after treatment. These photos will stay on their file and viewed by the doctors prior to the doctors scripting. These photos will not be made public or posted on social media unless the client consents to this.
